favorite character ever is...

• her birthday is actually on christmas (dec 25) and she unfortunately dies on valentines day or feb 14
• she acutally had about 700 years of her life to live even with cutting her lifespan in half twice because two shinigamis died for her
• in the anime she is an only child but in the manga she actually has an older sister!
• misa's name comes from the japanese word "kuromisa" which means black mass and her last name amane means "sound of the heavens"

i'm not entirely sure why i started to really like misa. i think it was mainly because her style is really freaking awesome and her personality is kinda like mine. also like the fact that she had two shinigamis die for her because they fell in love with her is crazy. she was canonically a model! i feel like being a model would actually be so cool. or anything with fashion in general sounds so fun to work in. unfortunately i don't really know how to sew.. :(

olruggio and qifrey

HOW I ABSOLUTELY LOVE QIFREY AND OLRUGGIO OH MY GOD

if you do not know who qifrey and olurggio they are from witch hat atelier. basically qifrey meets this little girl named coco and they live in a world where there are witches and qifrey is one of them. coco accidentally performs forbidden magic after spying on qifrey drawing spells onto a wheel and he saves her but her mom ends up getting trapped in ice that the forbidden magic spell created. qifrey takes her back home to the atelier where she meets tetia, richeh, and agott. olruggio also lives with them and he is the watchful eye of the atelier.

olruggio and qifrey are just perfection i love them so much. they met when they were kids (see picture above) and basically olruggio meets qifrey at the great hall and they become friends, traveling all over and spending all their time together. eventually you find out that qifrey ever since he was born has had a silverwood tree stuck inside of him (silverwood trees are the center of all magic and are the reason that magic stil exists as the casting ink made for spells comes from their branches) and whenever he feels too much happiness or peacefulness he will die. so because he hangs out with olruggio so much, the tree begins to grow and olruggio just on the verge of accepting qifrey death gets told that ever since qifrey was young he always got his memories erased when the tree grew, so olruggio decides to ask qifrey if he can trade his memories so they qifrey doesn't die. before this they exhange tassles on their hats and then olruggio erases his memories. ITS SO SAD. like and also there are so many parallels with their clothing and everything it's just so cool how all of it ties together.

so for their parallels they have quite a lot. just in general if you look at their design, olruggios shirt is white and flowy, qifrey's is black and skin tight, qifrey's pants are white and olruggios are black, olruggios hair is straight and black and qifreys is curled and white. not only that but olruggio does a lot with fire magic while qifrey does a lot with water magic. also they live together, cook for each other and are still inseperable. in witch hat atelier kitchen, qifrey makes a rose bouquet out of apple slices for olruggio and olruggios makes spells for qifrey. i just love their dynamic and i think they are so sweet together.
